Hi Misko

You can use Paxon in Wine along with FlexNet32 in Wine.
It works ootb.

PC/Flexnet32 supports a number of drivers as 6pack TNC2 firmware for RF use,
AXIP, IPX and KISS for fullduplex wire async connections (not recommend for
RF use).

Configuring Flexnet32 is straight forward
Copy the Flexnet Files in a directory e.g.
~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files (x86)/Flexnet32/
Run wine flexctl.exe to get the Flexnet Control Center window.
Open Tools > Parameters and select a channel #, e.g. 0
Click right mouse button an add driver and set its parameters.

I use Paxon and Flexnet32 in Wine on a notebook under OpenSuse Tumbleweed.
In my setup Paxon/Flexnet32 talks AXIP via WIFI to a router device (asus
router) in my shack running TheNetNode Linux/mipsel on top of Openwrt.
The router has three wire async lines which are connected to a RMNC/Flexnet,
which handles the radio ports.
