I always thought that Amsat-DL had made it clear from the start that they
do not want any automatic unattended operation or any voice reapeater
linking to QO-100. Only the beacons that Amsat-DL themselves uplink to the
sat are OK.
So this project by PE1RRR looks to be dead from the start, unless someone
knows different.
