B. Proton Events: The greater than 10 MeV proton flux reached a
peak flux of 748 pfu at 12/0005 UTC. The greater than 100 MeV proton
flux has gradually declined to near 2 pfu.
C. Geomagnetic Activity Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet to
unsettled for most of the day. An increase to isolated active and
minor storm conditions occurred the final two synoptic periods of
the day, likely associated with the arrival of a CIR ahead of a
positive polarity CH HSS.
