B.  Proton Events:  The greater than 10 MeV proton flux became
enhanced in reaction to the M1 flare at 21/1820 UTC from Region 2367
and exceeded the S1 (Minor) threshold at 21/2135 UTC.  At the time
of this report, peak flux reached 84 pfu.
C.  Geomagnetic Activity Summary:  Geomagnetic field conditions were
at quiet to active levels.
