FBB/JNOS/MSYS sysops, please reject passing of WP@ bulletins. Let me try and
explain why:
A bulletin board's white pages system is a server daemon that runs in the
background of the bbs waiting for updates from it's remote forwarding
neighbors. In doing this, it ONLY reads mail in the form of SP (aka: NOT in
bulletin format). This is parallel to that of a bulletin board's multi server
or ping server system. An example:

[End of Message #186604 from N1URO]

You'll note that the mail is sP -not- sB. The same applies for the white
pages system. Any mail from WP@ that is in bulletin format is ignored by
the daemon server process and is really junk traffic. Another reason for
this is so that WP mail is not seen or showed to regular users when they're
pulling up your bulletin listing. This keeps the listing of bulletins the
end user sees as a VALID listing, not one cluttered with junk data that
they need not see or try to manually process.

Sending WP mail as sP to *only* your remote BBS neighbors also insures that
your white pages informational mail is properly processed by white pages
daemon so the database it maintains is updated in accordance with the white
pages standards and when aiding the users in constructing their mail to
others will maintain the integrity of the addressing to aid the message in
reaching it's destination accordingly. If your BBS is unable to comply with
this, it'd be a courtesy to all the other sysops who are in compliance if
you could shut OFF your WP bulletins until the author of your software can
make the proper changes required OR perhaps invest into a BBS system that
is in compliance.

Thanks much!
