It appears that one or more BPQ BBS nodes are grunging mail. The Subject: line
gets replaced with a reverse forward request, and the true subject line is
mixed in with the R: lines. I receive atleast 1 to 2 of these daily in the
forwards. Here's an example:

There's also always a line feed prior to the true subject which gets placed
in the R: line.
Perhaps if we did have set standards, it may help clean some things up.
