Hi all
I think this was simply a user mistake. When Jorge sent the message using his
Winpac client. He address the message as SB instead of SP.
Refer to the highlighted text ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ below.

The general wild card "G *" bulletin forwarding to everywhere(flood) is a different issue, that
has been raised before. Take a deep breath, smile and enjoy the hobby.
