Have you checked https://www.cpan.org for the perl modules you need for
DXSpider? They're in .tgz format however.
https://code.activestate.com/ppm/Net-Telnet/ loads for me fine.
If you need me to download them and put them on my ftp server for you
I'll be happy to do so. I'll need to know your specific perl version and
if you need 32 or 64 bit.
