please excuse me for anything ...

Now just for speaking: if my mailer generates a BID abcde_I0OJJ
then the JNOS leave that BID untuched: this is OK; but then that
BID will be surely swapped in ABCDE_I0OJJ by other systems.
Now if one of my forward partners forward (again) to JNOS a message
having a BID ABCDE_I0OJJ this will be accepted as a new message.
