Nope, the problem is the scarce study on the LinFBB matter and then
the result of a wrong setup; since if you don't want to receive the
CP Personal copy of Bulletins addressed to SYSOP to the PBBS Sysops
then leave the sysmail parameter (in fbb.conf) blank:
