I hope that the LinFBB and JNOS2 follow this way too.
The German software continues to follow this way since
1980's... and, at beginning, also F6FBB followed that
rule.
Problems related to forwarding process and H-Addressing,
never understood at all since decades may be treated
apart if that matters are of Sysop's interest, as I hope.
Specially in this time in which we are living, the
Geography is not, or not fully, explained... or never
understood also from aged men :)
Taking as macroscopic example the following; already described
in one of my 2014 messages:

'four letter' designators and don't use the two letter code
