I noticed this evening that CX2SA is making the attempt to target bulletins
to specific areas of the world with his message about the iGATE-APRS list
in English, Spanish and another in French. Unfortunatelt, all three aprs@ww,
aprs@franca and aprs@latnet all wond up here in NYC.

The question is to determine where it leaks out of the intended path that
handles FRANCA and LATNET. Whay is FRANCA going to Australia then Canada?
Why is LATNET going to Canada? These are wasted bits in the traffic flow
around the world that only wind up in the bit bucket here. All sysops
need to look at how they handle the various flood areas after the @ sign.
