I was looking at those messages addressed to WW, LATNET, BRANET and FRANCA too and wondering why I got FRANCA (I guess aimed at France), I do understand LATNET and BRANET (even though I never saw that one).
Being relatively new to Packet and BBS admin, I see that many messages are carelessly routed with the assumption that all is AXIP, but there are radio links that must be suffering with all of this. I think it is the lack of clear documentation on routing that creates this, but CX2SA is around for a long time...
Trying to do my best from my side with he help of several OMs around the world and I'm not getting hit too bad by this anyways.
