Well i agree with you to a certain point, i have never seen a 4 character
Code used for any state, what are you going to use for EU SA NZ etc.?
I am sure others will chime in on this subject.
At this point most of us are more concerned about the old messages
being sent which we seem to have narrowed down to the BBS sending
bulls dated back to 2006 E$
