If every sysop set their neighbors on AXIP/AXUDP or single partner backbone
RF channels (point-to-point) with a quality setting of 203 (80% reliability),
and their 1200 baud RF partners at 192 (75% reliability), then the lists will
not be so bloated and users could then be able to reach all of the nodes on
the list. This works with every single bbs software out there (BPQ, JNOS,
Flex/Xnet, Xrouter, UROnode, etc).
