I received this morning in NYC a bulletin that was addressed to the target
area of the Maritimes in Canada. As you can see, it left the area and it
made it around the world via South America, Italy and back to Canada before
arriving here. We should all be using filters to direct bulletins to the
proper area just as we direct private messages to the recipient's area and
ultimately their home bbs.
