Hi all
Theres a number of stations that have started sending WP-updates from "WP"
instead from from their own callsigns, I've have filters catching these
because they are considered invalid callsigns.

Not to be confused with messages addressed TO "WP", these are fine (as P-mail)
but sending them from WP is hallmark of a borked configuration.

I've tried reaching out to a couple directly about this but there are now
some more coming in from other callsigns and I am worried this has been
spread as some kind of configuration advice to new (and welcome) sysops.

If you spot mails from WP sent to WP, please hold them and make a note of
the R:line path they came from, if possible try and notify the senders
if you have paths to them especially. I think given enough P-mail arriving
for them to see in their inbox that something is wrong might help them
see that its not just a misunderstanding of one ham on the network.

Thanks and good health to all,
73s de PE1RRR / red / .-. .-. .-.
