Its happens when someone sent like bull to sysop@ww, but by mistake type SP sysop@ww,
then some bbs software threads that msg like some personal message to sysop, and if sysop 
did not read it and after deleting time, an notifications is generated...
(as well as to every unread but old SP-message)

Suggestion: never sent as -SP- SYSOP@WW, right way: ___SB___ SYSOP@WW.

(Use SP xxxxx - only to send private bbs P-mail direct to user's callsign)
