Anyone else notice the double-period (..) in several of the R-lines
in the quoted WP-update Ray attached? That shouldn't be happening.
Here is what I mean:

What would the chances be that VA3HIP is BPQ 6.0.23.x as well? o_O
There is something fishy going on lately as some mails are also
getting corrupted to show as being sent from 'SMTP:' after passing
through some specific systems. I've emailed John BPQ to alert him
about this, but the R-line issue could either be coincidence that
many sysops have done something strange, or the occams razor suspect:
its a bug in 6.0.23.xx, for the record 6.0.23.58 is the latest
build, and the bug may be present in this version too.
I hope these systems are not running 64bit as even though it will
build, there will be bugs that mess, which is what happened with
Hari's system sending a messed up R-line date. That bug was fixed
and Hari's system now works fine in that regard, but there may be
more issues under 64bit.
Running the 32bit binary on 64bit is the safest method, in this case
until these bugs are ironed out, but they have to be found first.
