Its looks like 'double dot' happened from LinBPQ6.0.22 too but not exactly!
Check:

(copy all links string with =READ wp 36400 !! Just clicking on it maybe not well!)
and
23 with double dot http://79.8.90.44:8060/cmd?cmd=READ wp 36047
6.0.21 was ok.
On other bbs .22 was OK:

And VA3HIP's R-line not looks like generated by BPQ ever?
