Reducing RFI from a Samlex SEC1223 switching power supply

This is a pretty good power supply, but it had RFI at various frequencies, like 320KHz, 640KHz and more. Measuring around S5 on my TS440SAT. Found on the 'net modifications like mine here which turned out to knock the RFI down a lot, around 15db or more. The caps I used are poly films I got from the junk box. One cap goes from the negative output terminal to the aluminum chassis cabinet, and the other from the positive output terminal also to the chassis. I did have to drill a small hole above the output terminals for a screw and grounding lug for these caps. This makes this power supply very good now.

An IEC line filter on the powerline should help knock the RFI down further, if needed. Just be sure you can physically fit it in the supply before you start work.
