hai perfettamente ragione nel dire che il gerarchico (HA) fa tutto lui e che il
file swapp.sys non deve essere messo in funzione. Non dovrebbe esistere.
Però io lo swapp lo ho attivato quando eravamo tantissimi in PACKET RADIO e chi
lo faceva, io partii in 20m e connettevo l' OM come si fa in CW. Così passare
da CW a PACKET fu una cosa normale. Era la sintonia che era un problema poi il
resto no. Parlo per me ovviamente.
Quindi gli users, discoli come non mai, che facevano come fanno le api che
passano di fiore in fiore e si sa lasciando il polline, alteravano le route dei
msg.
Così l' OM poteva dare il suo homebbs che durava poco nel database del bbs
stesso. Per cui si trovava senza homebbs diciamo raggiungibile. I suoi msg SP
andavano persi o inghiottiti dal bucho nero.
Lo swapp sistemava la faccenda e funzionava dove era editato con cura...
proprio mettendo il gerarchico vero della stazione radio. Tipo:
" > I3XTY @I3XTY.TV.IVEN.ITA.EU "
Adesso quasi non serve piu', siamo come i Mohicani.
Pero' gli SP (gli SB sono "curati" dal loro BID) se non vengono indirizzati
bene dando loro il PATH giusto, vanno in bbs che non sono altro che BUCHI NERI.
(Google non traduce buchi neri in grande).
So chi è che non fa quello che dovrebbe fare ma non lo porto alla ribalta per
rispetto: tutti possiamo avere un vuoto... avere bisogno di riflessione.
La rete packet per funzionare bene deve avere i FILE di FWD buoni, meglio
perfetti ma e' utopia, e tanti LINK. Internet ci viene incontro, almeno qua in
Italia possiamo usarla ed e' un grande aiuto. Anche con meno spesa elettrica.
Si interrompe uno va avanti il rimasto.
Se ne parlava ancora agli albori di questi problemi... ma noto che il problema
e' rimasto: la mentalita' dell' OM è rimasta tale quale di allora..?
Se è così meglio soprassedere e continuare così con il comando del navigatore:
"alla via così"..!
