How can you participate in the 2022 WIA Hybrid AGM and Virtual Conference - Antarctic Gateway?
It is being held on May 7th 2022.
The Hybrid AGM and Open Forum is being held in the morning and the Virtual Conference - Antarctic Gateway is being held in the afternoon.
If you wish to physically attend the Hybrid AGM and Open Forum - then all you need to do is book at: Link. This is a free event.
A MemNet email will be sent to all WIA Members telling you how to register for the stream of the AGM and Open Forum.
If you wish to attend OR receive the stream of the Virtual Conference - Antarctic Gateway - then all you need to do is book at:

There is a small charge of $10 to cover organisational costs.
Both will be streamed via Zoom and to attend you will need to register. You then be sent the zoom links one day prior to the events.
Please note we have moved the start time for the AGM to later in the morning to allow VK6 viewers to participate online from a reasonable time.
The afternoon program is a showcase of Antarctic history, adventure, research and the challenges that people and equipment face in this harsh environment.
We look forward to seeing you on May the 7th at the WIA Virtual Conference - Antarctic Gateway.
